Although there is little doubt that dental implants are a fantastic option, for some people, especially those who are dental phobic, the thought of the procedure itself is simply too much, which leaves dentures as the most likely option to replace a lost or missing teeth.<\/p>\n
Despite their sometimes unwarranted reputation though, wearing dentures does not have to be a trial. Although some people are unsure about this procedure, we can assure you that it is a procedure that is no more uncomfortable than many others. In fact the jawbone itself has very few nerves and this, coupled with the use of appropriate anaesthetics, should ensure that your treatment is as pain free as possible.<\/p>\n The reasons why we use Valplast dentures are as follows:<\/p>\n Flexibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n Unlike some other dentures, Valplast dentures are made from a high quality resin that is designed to adapt and move along with the movements of your mouth. This flexibility means that there is no rigidity to cause discomfort and chafing of the gums. There are also no metal clasps which can cause discomfort too.<\/p>\n Style:<\/strong><\/p>\n Valplast dentures are made to match the natural colour of your teeth and gums so that if you have a full upper arch of teeth replaced, for example, they will be made to match the colour of the lower arch. If desired, of course, you may choose to have the lower arch whitened if you want all of your teeth to be whiter than they currently are. You should be aware though that if you do this, they will gradually darken again and will then not match the colour of your dentures so you would need to revisit the tooth whitening procedure occasionally to ensure that they match.<\/p>\nValplast Dentures<\/h3>\n
